RETURN POLICY
All our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment please follow the Return Policy below.
SIZING ERRORS
It is the responsibility of the buyer to properly pick their correct sizes based on the size chart that we have provided. We do not offer refunds for sizing errors.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your merch is damaged in any way (not including the potential difference of colors that you may see between the online picture of the product and the physical version of it) you can send us a email at support@akauniverse.com with detailed pictures of the product and the damage. We will provide help accordingly.
MISSING PACKAGE
It is the buyers responsability to provide a complete and correct address. We deny any responsibility if, because of the incorrect address, the package has been lost/misdelivered. In case of the missing package actually being lost and the adress actually being correct contact us to support@akauniverse.com and we will provide help. If the address was incorrect we can reship your product to you once it arrives to the return address however the new shipping costs will be at your expense.
If the package status has been marked as delivered, you confirm that the address is correct, but the package is missing, we do not refund.
TIMING FOR RETURN REQUESTS
The return procedure has to start before 14 days of the package delivery. No return request will be accepted after this time period.
If you qualify for a return or a refund contact us at support@akauniverse.com before doing anything with your product. Do not ship to the return adress without our support.
